This service carried out by the ROTOTANK Technical Department includes the different phases that the development of a product goes through until its materialisation, with constant technical advice.

Mould manufacturing

ROTOTANK has its own manufacturing division. Manufacturing your own moulds allows you to be more competitive, have greater responsiveness and make moulds adapted to your way of working, all for the benefit of our customers and the final product result.

Hardware manufacturing

In certain cases, the products are made of plastic and metal parts. ROTOTANK has a workshop to make these fittings and staff to assemble the different parts to supply the customer with the finished piece if requested.

Rotomoldeo

El rotomoldeo es un sistema que nos permite crear piezas de plástico huecas desde cero. El plástico se vierte en polvo dentro de un molde en movimiento (la forma del molde es el resultado final de nuestro producto). El plástico se va fundiendo poco a poco y se va adhiriendo a la superficie del molde. De esta forma podemos obtener productos económicos, rentables y de gran volumen.

  • Grandes depósitos y tanques. Tanques y depósitos destinados al almacenaje de combustible, aceite o productos químicos, así como tanques sépticos y de tratamiento de aguas. También, depósitos de gran tamaño para el transporte y otros con usos en agricultura.
  • Contenedores. Contenedores que vemos a diario de residuos, ya sean industriales o para las ciudades.
  • Accesorios de almacenaje y transporte de materiales. Esto incluye maletines médicos, botes de basura, embalaje, pallets industriales y otros contenedores especiales, etc…
  • Industria naval. Desde barcos militares hasta canoas de uso recreativo. Todas estas embarcaciones utilizan piezas rotomoldeadas.
  • Otros. La variedad de aplicaciones y usos de esta técnica es tan amplia, que conviene mencionar algunos usos menosconocidos, como en la construcción de maniquíes de moda, carcasas, tapas de alcantarillas o diferentes formatos de vallas de publicidad.
